1. In 'Events', click the event you want to manage:
2. Go to 'Itinerary' in the left-hand menu:
3. Scroll through your itinerary and click 'Download' to download a PDF version of your itinerary:
4. Click on an event to see the details of it, including location, timing and menus. Additionally, you can add notes to the event which your venue will be able to see:
N.B. If it says 'Draft' next to an itinerary item, this means it has been flagged by the item as an event that needs to be confirmed - you can update your venue by sending them a message by following 'How do I message my venue?'
