1. Find the customer's event by clicking on 'Events':
2. Click on the event if it is visible, or find it using any of the filters shown below:
3. Once you are in your customer's event, use the left-hand navigation bar to click 'Event Details':
N.B. if you cannot see event details in the left-hand navigation bar, press 'command -'.
4. Click customer details:
5. Click the three dots next to your customer's name and select 'Resend invite':
N.B. This will resend the Hostology Platform invite link to your customers, where they can choose a password. For security reasons, this link will only last 12 hours at which point the token will expire and you will have to resend the invite to your host again.
