Your customer can find out how to reset their password by following 'How do I reset my password?'
1. To reset a customer password please instruct your customer to go to the login screen and click 'Forgot Password'.
2. They will then need to enter their email address:
3. Once they have pressed 'Reset password', a link will be sent to their email address to reset their password.
- A digit is required
- A length of at least 8 characters is required
- A special character is required
- An uppercase letter is required
- A lowercase letter is required
N.B. For security reasons this link will only last 12 hours, at which point the token will expire and they will have to click 'Forgot Password' again.
