How do I add food and drink menus/packages?

In this article we will be using adding hire of a Gin Bar, however, the principles can be applied to any menus or packages you wish to create. 

1. Navigate to Food&Drink and click "+Add New": 

2. Fill in the menu name, price per person and a minimum number of Guests and click "Add Menu": 

3. To add food and drink items to your menu, scroll down and click three dots next to the menu and select "+Add food & drink item": 

4. Select any chosen items and click "Add selected items" or click on "Create new item" and fill out the relevant fields. Then click "Add Item" or "Save and add another", repeat this process for every item you wish to add to the menu: 

To add this package or menu to an Event: 

5. Click on "Events" using the left-hand navigation menu and select the Event you want to add the package or menu to:

6. Select "Itinerary" and click the three dots next to the itinerary line you wish to add your menu to: 

7. Select the menu to add it to the itinerary line and click save: 

8. The menu will now appear in the "Food & Drink" section, you can edit the quantity by clicking the three dots next to the menu and selecting "Edit Quantity": 

9. Edit the quantity and save:
