As a Host I want to edit my itinerary - what can I do?

As an event host you are able to update and edit itinerary items that your venue has unlocked. Itinerary items that cannot be edited are marked with a padlock icon.

To edit itinerary items click on the item you want to edit and a draw will open on the screen. Once opened you can update the Name, Location, Time, add any notes relating to the item and select any food or drink associated with the item.

Once you have made the changes to the item you desire click save. This will then save the updates you have made and mark the item as draft. Your venue will then confirm the change you have made to ensure everything works with their processes.

If there are items that are locked and you would like to change please contact your venue to request the change or ask them to unlock the item. You can do this via the messaging service on the platform information on how this works can be found here.
