This article contains the following information on how to create your invitation:
You can find the invitation design page by navigating to the ‘My guests’ then clicking on ‘Create invites’.
To create an invite click on ‘+ Create invite’. You will then need to enter the invitation title and select itinerary events that you would like the invitation to be for. Once you click on create you will be navigated to the invitation page where you can add event details and insert a cover photo as well as add your own personal message. Once you have designed your invitation you can preview it to make sure you are happy with the design. When you are happy with your invitation design you can ‘Publish’ it.

2. Enter your invitation title and select the events you would like the invitation to be for:

4. Enter 'Event details' add a message and if you would like to you can also add a photo to your invite:
5. You can preview your invitation before publishing it by clicking 'Preview:
6. Click 'Publish' once you have finished to save your invitation:
Once you publish your invitation it will be available to use to invite your guests who are linked to the invitation itinerary events that you have selected the invitation for. Basically, Publish is saying you are happy for it to be the "Live" version. But nobody can see it until you invite them. If you already have invited guests using this invitation, pressing "publish" will update the version they can see. You can find how to invite your guests below.
All your published invites will be shown under the invitation design tab:
To preview your invite before publishing it, click on the 'Preview' button after you have filled out the relevant fields. To preview your invite at a later date go to the 'My invitations' page and select the invitation that you would like to preview.
This will take you to preview your invitation. here you can also manage the invitation events as well as edit or delete the invitation.
When you are ready to invite your guests, or send them an invitation/message. Click on the ‘Invite guests’ tab on the top of the Guest list page.
Once here, if you only have one invitation, this will show now. If you have created multiple invites - you will see an empty page - If this is the case, select the invite from the drop down menu Here you will see a and select which invitation you would like to send out.
Once here, you will now be able to see the list of your guests. On this page you can see if they are:
- "Invited", The invitation has already been sent (or for Guests with no email, you have "fake sent it")
- "Not Invited", you have not yet sent this guest an invitation to the events associated with this invite.
You will also see if they are:
- "Matched", these guests have the same "Settings as the invite you have created. Where you have said they will be attending certain meals throughout the day.
- "Unmatched", these guests do not match the settings - either being invited to more or less than what is included in this. If this is incorrect - go to the guests settings and edit these (see here)
You can then select or deselect guests that you want to invite. After selecting the guests that you want to invite, click on ‘Send invite’. An email with your invitation will now be sent to your guests!
The email for your guests will have their name, the invitation name, and the name of the venue so they will have all the information at a glance.
From this they can then login, RSVP to the event and update their dietaries for you too. They can also access any accommodation (if available), or see your gift list if you have added it!
