Welcome to Hostology!
As a supplier, you will be able to see the events you have been added to and add important notes/documents to them. Once logged into your portal, you will see two options in the right hand menu:
- "My Events" - A list of all the events you have been added to - including key information like dates, event type and who added you!
- "Business Details" - A section for you to update your business information, here you can also add any generic documents for all of your venues and customers - Like PLI, Brochures and general legal docs. NB - DO NOT ADD ANY EVENT/PERSONAL DOCUMENTS HERE.
My Events will look something like the following, where you can see all event information. Also if you select the 3 dots on the far right of the screen you will be able to "Add notes", or "Add Document". This is where you can add event specific information and communicate with the venue/event host. Notes will be visible to the venue team, so you can add arrival info, or any set up requirements here. You can also add EVENT SPECIFIC documents, like contracts and personal information for your customers.
NB - For Agencies, we recommend that you use your agency name for the "Business name". And then you can add the trading name into the notes for each event. E.g. if you have different performers/bands you represent. Or if you run multiple catering business options.
In the Business Details section, you can adjust and edit all your info. You can also add an image of the business/logo to make it more aesthetically pleasing for your customers! To do this, click on the grey person icon in the centre left of the page (Just below "Business Details").
*When you upload a document here, please be aware that this will be shared with all venues and events that you are working with. These documents should be generic document to share with all prospective customers and businesses.*
