How to arrange a payment by your guest

When making room bookings you can input how much of the cost your guest will be paying towards the total. If your guest is paying in full then you enter the full amount shown at the bottom. If you are paying half with the guest or have an agreed amount then input the amount that the guest will be paying and the amount that is left to pay will be added to your final bill.

How to mark a payment as paid

When you or a guest pay for a room through Stripe it will automatically mark the payment as paid. If you pay offline then your venue can update the payment to ‘Paid offline’. You are not able to set this yourself; only your venue can set the payment status to paid offline.
