Setting up your Company Information
When you login to your account, you can access your company information if you are an administrator. This can be accessed via the profile page at the top right of the screen.
From here you will see this page, which is where you can put in your business and billing information for the company (Especially useful if you trade under a different name to your Venue).
From here you can update the information and also add in a company image for your business.
On the left hand side of the menu, you can now access the following area to check your billing information
Checking your Subscription/Billing Info
Click on this option on the side and then you can see your rolling subscription, payment status of your invoices and also download the PDF version of them. If you have any issues or disputes with this, please don't hesitate to contact us at Support@hostology.co.uk.
To update your card details there are two different ways you can do this:
You can call us and request for your card details to be manually updated on our side. Or if your card has been declined, we can re-send the invoice where you can pay with a new card. This will then update the card automatically.

Please never share your payment details online, we will not request for your card details over live chat or email for security so please use one of the above options.
