You can now create payment templates to import into your events!
To create a payment template, go into the venue section, under planning and select Payment Templates.
Click on the top right hand corner "Add new" to create your first template. A side window will open where you'll be able to add in your template name and a short description if you wanted to add one. Click on "Create" and you'll see your template as a new option on the left hand side.
Now you can click into the payment template and start adding in your payment instalments by clicking into create instalment.
Once the instalment opens you can give it a name and a description. In the payment details you'll be able to specify if the payment is of a certain category (accommodation, food and drink etc), if the amount is a percentage, a fixed amount, or the remainder of the balance. You can then set the due date for the instalment for example 7 days before event start date. Click save and you'll have the instalment ready. You can create as many instalments as you like. Then save the template at the top right and mark it as default if you'd like it to be added to your events automatically.
To add a payment template to your event, go into the event, into the Payments section and click "Load Plan" at the top right. The payment template will import and automatically work out the amounts and dates.
Remember, if you make any changes to the budget you can click on "Sync Budget" and the payments will change accordingly.
You can click on the three dots next to the instalment to make any changes, add in a category if you want or a payment link so you couples can pay you directly through Hostology, just make sure the instalment is visible to hosts.
