Where to find your messages and who you can send messages to

You can find all your messages by clicking on the small message icon in the top right of the screen. From here you are able to send and receive messages to and from your Venue as well as other Hosts associated with your event.

How to create a message

To create a new message, once you are on the messages page click on '+ New'. This will bring up a list of fields for you to fill in; Event, Contact (Your Venue or other Hosts - if there are other Hosts assigned to your event), conversation topic and message.

How to view and reply to older messages

You can find older messages by scrolling through your conversations or you can use the search bar to search for a specific conversation. 

When you receive a message the conversation will automatically go to the top of your list making it easier to find and reply to.
