How to create a note (internal/visible)
Once you have logged in go to the ‘Notes’ section and click on ‘+ Add note’. Input your note title and your note. If you want to make your note internal leave the Visibility toggle on internal. If you want to make your note visible click on the visibility toggle and set it to ‘All’. Once you have input your note click ‘Create note’.
To edit a note you have created click on the pencil icon on the note you want to edit. Once you have finished editing your note click on ‘Save’
How to edit notes shared by your venue
You are only able to edit venue notes that your venue has shared for you to edit. In the notes section click on the pencil icon next to a note from your venue, this will allow you to edit the note that your venue has shared with you. You will then be able to edit the title, body of the note and any formatting.
How to share notes for your venue to edit
To share a note with your venue, firstly you need to make sure it is visible, then you can switch the editable toggle to ‘Yes’. Once you have created your note your venue will be able to see as well as edit the note.
You are only able to delete notes that you have created, notes that have been shared to you by your venue are only able to be deleted by the venue. To delete a note click the bin icon next to the note you want to delete and confirm that you want to delete the selected note.
To reorder notes click on the reordering icon on the top left of the notes. This will then allow you to drag the notes into your desired order using the three dots on the note. Once you have finished reordering your notes, click the tick icon to save the order.
