How to view and upload a document
Once you have logged in, you can navigate to your event documents by clicking on ‘Documents’ on the menu bar down the left hand side. Here you can see all your uploaded documents as well as visible documents uploaded to your event by your Venue.
To upload a document click the ‘Upload’ button on the top right of the page. A pop up box will then appear where you need to fill out the required fields marked with an asterisk *. The fields without an asterisk are optional. Once you have filled out the relative fields click ‘Upload’ and your document will be uploaded.
To delete a document that you have downloaded click on the bin icon next to the document that you want to delete.
To edit a document click on the pencil icon next to the document that you want to edit. NB you can’t edit a document that has been uploaded by your Venue. Once you have edited the fields click on ‘Save’
How to view documents uploaded by your venue
Documents that your venue has uploaded can be viewed alongside any documents that you upload. To view a document uploaded by your venue click on the download icon.
To download a document that you or your Venue have uploaded, click the download icon next to the document that you want to download.
