Event Details - Add a photo and check your event details
Welcome to your home page! Here you will see all the details that your venue has added about your event. Including the name of the event, the dates, how long to go and the initial approximate numbers agreed (Don't worry you can update the exact numbers as you plan the event further).
A great starting point here is to also add in a photo of yourself, you as a couple, you as a team, or your business logo - depending on what type of event you are planning.
To do this, click on the little pencil Icon on this page and upload your image:
Timeline & Tasks - What are they and how to use them!
These are your planning tools to know what is happening in the run up to your event. You can use and see these items as everything "planning" before your event happens! You can see Milestones here in the timeline, which are good guidelines of what will happen. And in the tasks tab you can see and create tasks for yourself to plan the event.

You can see here the timeline, items here are not able to be edited and are guidelines created by your Venue to let you know what to expect in the run up to your event:
Tasks
Tasks, have two functions:
- To assign you a task for a specific date. This will also send you an email reminder to your personal email account on the day they are due - so an easy way to manage your schedule!
- To check off your task list and let your venue know what you have done! To do this, you can tick the box on the left of the task.
Lastly, you can create and add new tasks for yourself, or any other event planners (but not your venue, let them know via messages if you have any questions). To do this, select "+ Add Task" and then fill out the details. Remember, these will send the assigned person a task the day it is due!
In this section, you will see all the details about the venue. Please note, that when your guests login they will see this too - so will make life easier when sharing information about your event! But, if you see any issues, let your venue know so they can update this.
